Rupee gains slightly by 2 paise against USD

On Tuesday, the Rupee rose by 2 paise to 83.22 against the USD in early trading. This increase was due to banks and exporters selling US dollars and the dollar weakening against other world currencies. The Rupee’s highest and lowest points during the session were 83.20 and 83.24, respectively.
